Via technology (illegal surveillance, spying on survivors and victims of child abuse and sexual abuse) a little boy asked for HELP!!!! from his abuser. His abuser goes to Stella Maris, off of 613 Simcoe, 70501. Tall white male, light eyes, wears a baseball cap, he was sitting next to the little boy outside of the downtown library, Lafayette Downtown Library, 301 West Congress Street, Lafayette, Louisiana, 70501.
The little boy is on computer 589, 12:14 p.m. He is wearing a blue shirt and blue shorts and gray and red tennis shoes.

by the way, there were no cops/sheriffs to be found when two children were being abused openly out in the geysers across the street from the parking lot in broad daylight. I said something to the kids, one male and one female little girl. The city of lafayette did nothing.
The sheriffs and police harassed me last night for "sleeping" near a tree at 10:04 p.m. I asked cop HAYES (is the name he gave me, he would not give me his badge number) what the rules were, he said the park closed at 10 p.m. I wasn't belligerent and I wasn't arguing w him. He (via technology) began to cuss me out and was harassing/intimidating.
This is the nature of law enforcement here. Then they harass and abuse children for reporting their abuse.
