Crimestoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are
seeking the public's assistance in locating William
Vincent who was last seen on August 7, 2014, at
approximately 8:00 a.m., leaving his Kaneohe residence.
Vincent is emotionally distraught and has not been seen
or heard from since.
Vincent, 53, is 6'1" tall and weighs 230 lbs. He has
hazel eyes, and was last seen wearing a beige shirt and
blue surf shorts.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to
call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300, or *CRIME on your
